Return & Refund Policy

  1. Course Enrollment & Access
    Enrollment in any course at Alpha Academy is confirmed only after successful payment. Once enrolled, students will receive access to classes, study materials, or sessions as per the selected plan.
  2. Personalized Learning Commitment
    Since Alpha Academy offers one-to-one personalized learning, tutors and schedules are allocated specifically for each student. This customization begins immediately after enrollment.
  3. Non-Transferable Services
    Courses, classes, and learning materials are strictly for the enrolled student only and cannot be transferred, shared, or resold to others.
  4. Refund Eligibility
    Refunds are considered only if a request is raised before the commencement of classes. Once classes have started, no refunds will be provided due to tutor allocation and planning.
  5. No Return of Digital Services
    As Alpha Academy provides online education and digital services, there is no concept of “return” once access to sessions or materials is granted.
  6. Missed Classes & Rescheduling
    Missed classes due to student absence are not eligible for refunds. However, rescheduling may be considered based on tutor availability and prior notice.
  7. Course Discontinuation by Academy
    If Alpha Academy cancels a course or session due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative session or proportionate refund may be provided at our discretion.
  8. Policy Updates
    Alpha Academy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms, Return & Refund policies at any time. Updated policies will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website.
